We look back at having found Richard and Dimension Building as one of those strange moments in life where we had no idea how lucky we were going to be. Upon meeting him and Summer we were immediately struck by Richard’s humble nature but transparent love of what he does. We also greatly appreciated the time he took to listen to us and understand what we wanted from the experience, a high quality build, cost effective solutions, and hopefully an experience we would enjoy. The more we got to know Richard the more we liked what we saw and hear and choosing him became easy.
As we worked more with Richard it became easy to trust him as we could see clearly he had our best interests at heart, and wanted to build for us the house we dreamed of. We have found Richard to be a great communicator, keeping us in the loop, always having time to listen, informing us of any issues that arise, and providing us with effective and informed solutions to challenges that inevitably arise during a build, especially being in Twizel and 2 hours drive from paint, door handles, bathroom ware etc.
Richard and his team, to a person, are amicable, reliable, trustworthy, and put their heart and soul into their work. He places a great emphasis on quality workmanship. Led by Nick, we enjoyed Richard’s team of craftsmen, with their high level of professionalism, good nature, patience, and good senses of humour.
We consider ourselves extremely lucky and fortunate to have selected Richard and his team for our build. As we look to add to our property down the line, Dimension building will be the only number we call.
